Problems capping large DFH bottles

I'm trying to re-use my empty large format DFH bottles for homebrew but can't cap the bottles with the 'Red Baron Bottle Capper' included with the homebrew kit due to the shape of the bottles neck (it gets in the way of sealing the cap).

Any tips on how to successfully cap these bottles?

I ran into the same problem

I ran into the same problem with my Holiday Ale recently. I think the solution would be to use a bench top or floor Capper. The butterfly type doesn't seem to work because the distance from the top of the bottle to the ridge on the bottle is too great. This isn't an issue with a benchtop capper since the force is countered at the base of the bottle and not by the ridge at the top.
