Sorry but after much searching I can't seem to locate any definitive hours of operation for the restaurant.
The site lists numerous times that they're open for lunch and dinner but that doesn't tell me much. Most importantly, what time does the restaurant close?
I'm driving in from Ohio after work in a few weeks on Friday and expect to get in around 11pm-midnight and am curious if I might be able to stop in for a quick night cap at the bar the day before my tour (and full day of all things Dogfish Head!)

So... it's been two years since the last time this thread was posted in. The problem with that is this is still the only place with any information about the brewpub's hours. You guys really need to add that information to the restaurants page(s).
That said, are Sunday hours are 11am - Midnight?

Sorry for the delayed response.
The brewpub opens everyday at 11am.
As for closing, that's a little trickier.
Winters at the beach can be slow .... so, last call is 1am on Friday and Saturday, other nights we are usually open to the 11pm-midnight range depending on traffic.
