(Karpos) is Greek for Fruit. It's also the name of my latest recipe (and only the second batch of beer I've ever brewed). It's a blueberry, raspberry, and blackberry based Hefeweizen.
Before bottling it was a bit on the tart side with the ABV at 6.56%. I plan on tweaking the recipe. Some things I plan on changing is using blueberries, blackberries, and Marionberries(when I can find them in season). After the initial fermentation cycle I plan on adding inorganic boysenberry syrup to up the ABV and for flavor.
I'm pretty excited about it.

It needs to be tweaked...taste more like carbonated wine. Going to try and give it more body and flavor.
