Hey there--- I have a couple bottles of 2010 BB down in my basement. As a beginner to beer-aging, what do you think the optimum time would be to drink these bottle?
I am not sure what the optimal aging time for these beers is. However, I will say that I recently opened a bottle from the first release (Pre-Brewmasters TV Show) and it was amazing. Still have a few more left that I will try down the road. I have bought a case of each release of Bitches Brew.
