I wanted to get more info about a rumor of a discontinued beer. I heard from the gentleman at our local beer store that you were going to stop brewing one of your regular recipes for a year. He said that it took so long to brew that you could try 3 or 4 other recipes in the time it takes to make one batch. So are you were going to stop brewing one of your regulars, and if so, which one? We love all your beers and want to stock up if one will be out of commission for a while.

Hi, Saraheroussel. We don't have any plans to put one of our core or seasonal beers on hiatus. When we come up with new beers, which we do quite often, we are forced by capacity constraints (we're still a relatively tiny brewery) to stop brewing another beer. It's usually an oocasional rarity, though. For example, we didn't brew World Wide Stout this year.
