Substituted 14 oz. LME with 14 oz. tamarind concentrate.
Substituted with leftover hops.
Good luck w/ it John. My 90 Minuted (turned 60 minute) is starting to carbonate nicely!!!! My first AG was an attempt at the famed 90 minute but I didn't get my mash temp high enough (I think). Gonna try again though. Much fun.
