Partial mash of Chateau Jiahu is in the primary. First taste: 18 August 2012.
A tad bit more sour than the original, and very overcarbonated (I shouldn't have primed the bucket before bottling), but it tastes about right. The recipe came from BYO, but I have it also in Extreme Brewing. Now if only Extreme Brewing or BYO had a Theobroma recipe ....
