The Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA is a fantastic beer on its own, but also has the incredible potential to be mixed with other beers. When the 90 minute IPA is mixed with the 60 minute IPA they make the 75 minute IPA, when it is mixed with the Chicory Stout it becomes a marvolous black and tan, and when Dogfish Head brewmasters mix it with their English-style old ale and age it in oak tanks, it becomes my personal favorite, the unbelieveable Burton Baton!
I tried mixing the 90 minute with a 120 minute one time to create a 105 minute IPA. It was tasted a bit unusual, but it was still pretty freakin' good! And of course there is the mac daddy black and tan mix know as heaven and hell, from mixing the 120 minute IPA with the World Wide Stout.
So now i'm wondering about any other awesome Dogfish Head brew mixes that people have come up with and enjoyed. Please share some of your favorite brew mixes!
