The Dogfish Burger Experience

The beef we use for our famous wood grilled burgers comes to us from BAR farms right here in Sussex County. This beef is raised on a steady diet of brewing grains from our Milton Brewery. We are confident that the superior quality will be evident with your first bite. All of our burgers are served with lettuce, tomato, red onion and fries on your choice of either a Kaiser Roll or a Rosemary Focaccia Roll.

The Indulgence Burger - $9

Piled high with one of our beer battered onion rings, melted cheddar, and bacon crumbles. Consider yourself challenged.

Portobello Gorgonzola Burger - $9

Topped with a melted mélange of marinated wood grilled Portobello and melted gorgonzola. Yum!

Sliced turkey breast piled on wood grilled black bread with lettuce, tomato, red onion, bacon and honey mustard.

Woodgrilled Portobello Sandwich - $7

Portobello mushroom, roasted red pepper, caramelized onions, fresh spinach, mozzarella, lettuce and tomato on a grilled Kaiser roll. Served with a baby pub salad instead of fries.

Slow Roasted Roast Beef Sandwich - $9

Thinly shaved roast beef with melted provolone & au jus, served on a wood grilled baguette with a side of horseradish chive sour cream.

Woodgrilled shrimp and chicken with melted Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, & bacon. Piled high on grilled black bread with Dogfish special sauce.

Woodgrilled Pizzas

Our pizza crust is striped with the goodness of the wood grill. Our crust is made with bits of wheat, barley and pre-fermented ale to impart a rich earthy taste. All our pizzas are available with either basil pesto, red sauce , olive oil & fresh garlic or Marcel’s rich white crab sauce.
