Off-Centered Packaging Operators

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is seeking an off-centered, highly skilled and experienced Packaging Operator to join the Packaging Team. This position will be hired for the second shift. Under general supervision of the Packaging Supervisor, you will keep the beer flowing into bottles, cases and kegs. You will perform cleaning and sanitation efforts to ensure the Packaging line is always ready for action. You will help the team achieve quality benchmarks through the completion of various quality line initiatives. You will be in tune with the equipment to perform basic maintenance as needed or provide quick notification to the Packaging Mechanic for other significant line stoppages or various during-run concerns. The qualified candidate will have a minimum high school diploma or the equivalent. A minimum of two years of production bottling line experience is preferred. Some basic mechanical ability or experience performing routine machine maintenance is a huge plus. Forklift certification or experience is a plus; ability to become Dogfish Head forklift certified is required. You must be dependable, reliable and have a great team-ethic. You should have a strong focus on quality, safety and efficiency. You must be able to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for the length of the shift. Must be able to twist/turn, stoop and bend. Off-Centered Sales Administrative Analyst

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is seeking an off-centered, organized, self-motivated Sales Administrative Analyst to join our awesome off-centered sales team. Under general supervision of the Off-Centered VP of Sales, you will help keep our sales team of nine organized, informed and efficient. Youll provide our VP of Sales with the analytical and administrative support that not only adds efficiency to the day but also enhances good decision making. Youll also provide our Regional Sales Managers with the tools they can use through the maximization of VIP functionality, including compiling and analyzing data for reports generations, data mining, summary analysis overviews (like trends, concerns and opportunities) and other useful information. On the more administrative side of this position youll be tasked with things like coordinating mass mailings (including copying, collating, envelope stuffing and stamping), preparing and coding invoices, reviewing and verifying information, taking meeting minutes and assembling expense reports- just to name a few. Youll also be the sales voice to the buying public through telephone and email follow-up to sales-oriented questions, comments and concerns. The qualified candidate will be detail and task-oriented, as well as super organized and analytical...a high level of accuracy is a must. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associates degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken are a must. Must also be proficient in Microsoft office software applications. As well as a minimum of 2 years clerical/administrative experience, previous data entry experience a plus. Off-Centered Shipmate

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is seeking an off-centered Shipmate to navigate through the e-commerce sea of Dogfish. Under general supervision of the off-centered Warehouse Manager, youll make sure every web order gets a little Dogfish TLC before the merchandise heads off to its final home (i.e. packing the boxes with merchandise, bubbles, recycled paper, etc.). Youll help to ensure positive first and repeat impressions of our off-centered merchandise world; by guaranteeing orders are 100% accurate and by ensuring the merchandise arrives in the same condition it was in when it left Dogfish. Youll also provide awesome customer service when handling customer questions and comments, and while troubleshooting variances either by telephone or email. Outside of e-commerce, youll also be packing and shipping materials for fellow co-workers in other departments, and ensuring that everything makes it to its final destination in one piece. Since youll be doing a great deal of shipping, youll also be monitoring the inventory levels of packing materials, making sure we have enough materials on hand to keep the orders sailing off and on their way. The qualified candidate will be detail, task and safety oriented. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in retail, merchandise or customer service is a must, e-commerce experience is a plus. You should have excellent written and spoken communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft office software applications. Previous experience with UPS Worldship/USPS stamps.com is helpful. Must be able to lift/pull 30 pounds, twist/turn, reach over shoulders and stand/walk on a continual basis. Brewer

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is seeking a passionate, technically gifted, quality focused, safety driven, and team oriented brewer to join our brewing team. Our brewers are responsible for the day to day brewing operations from receipt of raw materials, combining of recipe ingredients through to cellaring in preparation for smooth packaging delivery. While there is intense creativity in every bottle we turn out, our brewers adhere to recipes and SOPs to achieve the best possible consistency of taste and experience of our drinkers. Youll work in tandem with our Quality team, and document processes to ensure that every bottle and keg is tight. Youll take ownership of the processes on your scheduled shift (currently 8 hours), which will rotate to include nights and possibly weekends. Youll do a lot of other stuff and have fun doing it. We seek an accountable, reliable person who is adverse to cutting corners and takes immense pride in the work they produce. You must be able to closely adhere to procedures and guidelines, including following recipes per exact specification and implementing detailed cleaning regimens. While we show love to our homebrewers, the successful candidate for this role will have formal training at an accredited brewing school or Associates degree in an applicable science. Must have a minimum of 5 years practical brewing experience in a production environment. Must be able to lift 55 pounds, twist/turn, reach over shoulders, bend/stoop and stand/walk on a continual basis.
