Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is seeking an off-centered Recruiter to join the HR Team! Reporting to the HR Director, the successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of hunting and hiring off-centered talent. You’ll be proactive, not only sourcing for today, but anticipating needs for tomorrow and building a pipeline of talent for future job consideration. You’ll communicate fully and proactively with our hiring managers, outlining the process, delivering on commitments, building internal confidence and reporting on progress. You’ll produce hiring metrics and develop ways to process improve. You’ll be championing and celebrating all things Dogfish in all that you do, so to that end you must be a tireless cheerleader who so happens to have sales and negotiating down. You’ll be working tirelessly but all in the name of a great cause: BEER! The qualified candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Biz Admin or other relevant discipline. You must have a minimum 3 years recruiting experience AND you must heart recruiting. You have to be open to some travel throughout the year as we’ll be sending you out for a bit of campus recruiting and networking. You must be comfortable and experienced with both traditional and non-traditional recruiting avenues. You must have exceptional communication skills, including written and spoken. Judgment, tact and confidentiality in your veins will be expected and required and you must be able to deliver on them. If some or all of your recruiting experience takes or took place in a manufacturing environment then that could be helpful.
