Judges at the BrewNZ Awards awarded two medals to Dogfish Head beers - a silver for the Palo Santo Marron and a bronze for the Punkin Ale.
More than 60 breweries from around the world entered 450 beers for judging in the competition. Awards were announced at the BrewNZ awards dinner in Wellington, New Zealand. The keynote speaker for the event was... Dogfish's own Sam Calagione (stay tuned to both Sam and Mariah's blog postings on our Blogfish page for upcoming posts on the trip to New Zealand and their exploding beer scene!).
Palo Santo Marron was awarded a Silver medal in the Specialty, Experimental, Aged & Wood-Aged Styles category.
Punkin Ale was awarded the Bronze medal in the Flavoured & Aged Styles category.
