Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is pleased to announce an expansion of our Quality Control efforts with the addition of a QC Lab to the Milton, Delaware brewery.

The new lab means that each

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery is pleased to announce an expansion of our Quality Control efforts with the addition of a QC Lab to the Milton, Delaware brewery.

The new lab means that each and every batch of beer is now checked no less than two dozen times from the brewhouse through packaging. Our lab employees are charged with continually improving the quality and consistency of all Dogfish Head beers.

Dogfish GABF Event - Cheeky Monk

The DFH crew will be stopping by Cheeky Monk for lunch on Friday, September 30th. We will be tapping a couple of DFH Brews and it will be a great chance to meet our crew. Dogfish Head will have 2007 Raison D' Extra and 2011 Raison D' Etre on hand....
