Doing what others don't do because they are lazy or ignorant of. Doing something that is hard because it's better for everyone; not just yourself. Thinking of quality; not quantity. Thinking of the customer and employees first; not profits (albeit they are necessary to think of, just not what you live for at the end of the day).
