fav beers - Palo Santo Marron, Red & White, Indian Brown, 60 Minute and what ever new/seasonal came out this week. Fav pub meals - woodgrilled pizzas - the canary for one and seachange in particular, and the grassfeed beef from my family farm when it is available. Fav dogfish events - intergalactic bocce tournaments, off-centered film fest, Extreme Beer Fest, Off-centered Film Fest, and Dogfish Dash.
I defined off-centered as - defining goodness for yourself instead of letting the market, media, society, etc define goodness for you.
