dogfishbeer: @jffbrght that's up to you! Fill him up (or a tea infuser or coffee press) with whatever you think will bring stellar-ness to your beer!

I am a big fan of all the DGH beers that I have tried. My wife and I almost always have 60 Minute in the fridge. I often finish the night with one of the higher gravity offerings (Burton Baton last night).
I dined and drank at one of the Dogfish Head restaurants in Maryland and wished that there was one in Atlanta. Two of my light lager drinking friends were with me and they were simply blown away (both literally and figuratively) by the 120 Minute.
Finally, I am in the process of reading Sam's "Brewing Up a Business". I am currently in between jobs and reading Sam's book is giving me some inspiration for starting my own business.
I think of something that is different from the norm. Reading Sam's book, I agree that most craft beer drinkers like things that are not in the mainstream whether it be in beer or food or hobbies.
