Love it all (of course), but am partial to the Chicory Stout, 60 Minute IPA, Festina Peche and Black & Blue.
Also love the woogrilled pizzas and the tuna sandwich at the brewpub (oh, and the monthly beer dinner!).
As far as events, I am a big fan of the Dogfish Dash.

I think 'off-centered' means embracing those things in the world that might not be as exactly as they are 'supposed to be.'

Our first-ever themed tour day here at the brewery was a big hit! We came out of the gates with Mustache Day on Saturday, July 11th and it was a hoot. We had real mustaches, fake mustaches, mustache cookies and even mustache decor all over the Milton brewery for the day.

So, we had a great time at the Brewer's Association's Savor 2009. It's such a great event celebrating food and beer pairing. Although only in it's second year, the event draws quite a crowd (both 2008 and 2009 events were sell-outs, so get your 2010 tickets early!)!

The tanks have arrived, the tanks have arrived!Our new 600-bbl fermenting tanks began rolling into town on Tuesday, April 21st. The German-made tanks were shipped into the port of Baltimore and trucked to our Milton, Delaware brewery with police escort.
