Love it all (of course), but am partial to the Chicory Stout, 60 Minute IPA, Festina Peche and Black & Blue. Also love the woogrilled pizzas and the tuna sandwich at the brewpub (oh, and the monthly beer dinner!). As far as events, I am a big fan of the Dogfish Dash.

How do you define off-centered?

I think 'off-centered' means embracing those things in the world that might not be as exactly as they are 'supposed to be.'

We're hosting the 2nd annual Delaware Restaurant Association's Beer, Bocce & BBQ here at the Milton brewery this afternoon. It's a benefit for the Delaware Restaurant Association and the winning team wins a cash prize to be donated to their non-profit of choice!
