If I had to pick just ONE DogFish brew, I would have to pick Palo Santo. Raison is pretty amazing as well. Last year I had a World Wide Stout that had aged for two years and was able to compare it to a 'fresh' WWS. It was something close to a religious experience!!
Off-centered: so familiar, yet there's this one little thing different that completely changes your way of thinking about the familiar. Or... there's off-centered, as in CRAZY!!! Just don't see things the same way as everyone else.
