dogfishbeer: @iHEARTbiff Not really.... I usually shoot for about a 5min rest and haven't had too much flattening of the beer, but there is def. some!

Join us to celebrate downtown Rehoboth Beach's 2012 Mardi Gras!
We'll be serving some great New Orleans grub beginning Friday, 2/17 and running through Thursday, 2/23 to get you in the mood... we may even share some beads with you!
Soup: Noble Rot Gumbo, crawfish, chicken, shrimp & andouille, in a traditional gumbo enhanced by our Noble Rot
Muffaletta: Spicy salami, prosciutto, manchego cheese, olive salad on crusty ciabatta. Served with fresh cut fries
Oyster Po boy: Fresh local oysters, watercress, spicy aioli served in a hollowed out baguette. Served with fresh cut fries
Turtle Bolognaise: Fresh turtle meat stewed with tomatoes, caramelized onion, chicory stout and fresh basil and tossed with pappardelle pasta.
On Sunday, 2/19 we'll be participating in the town-wide Gumbo Cookoff! From 2-5 pm, restaurants in townwill be serving their best gumbo for you to taste! $5 ballots will be sold. Join in the fun and help pick the most savory gumbo in town (our recommendation? Vote Dogfish)!

dogfishbeer: @Mariobatali Thanks for the shout out! Cheers
dogfishbeer: @iHEARTbiff Don't know... working with supplier on some tweaks. In the meantime, a tea infuser or coffee press will do the trick!
