The weekend of October 8th and 9th, at the Good Beer Festival in Pemberton Historical Park, Dogfish Head will be featuring our highly coveted 120 Minute IPA. Not for the faint of heart, this IPA has been continually hopped during an unheard of 2 hour boil, allowing the beer to yield 15%+ alcohol. Once the beer is in our fermenters we continue to dry hop this monster daily. This is truly a beer for hop heads that stands alone!
