Chef’s notes on this pairing: The tang of the goat cheese hits just as the carbonation frees the palate, while the phyllo dough and honey work their magic with the flavors from the malt and yeast.

Paired with - Hay smoked clams, Calabrian chili, puffed rice

Chef’s notes on this pairing: This beer reminded us so much of digging for clams that we decided to create the experience right here—except we smoked 'em for you, and rice works better than sand for the pairing.
