American Craft Beer Week: Super Small Batch Beer Dinner

A beer dinner featuring 5 super-rare and exclusive 5-gallon batches of beer brewed by our pub team and 5 courses created to pair with them. We normally create 5 courses then pair beers with them, this time we switched things up and went backwards!

• Strawberry Rhubarb Table Saison – Pan-seared scallop with strawberry gastrique
• Belgian Pale Ale with Dandelions – Homemade goat-cheese tart over spring green salad
• Honey Maibock – Goulash with duck and fig sausage
• Robust Porter with Palo Santo Smoked Malt – Beef tenderloin with mash potatoes and demi glace
• Yuzu Double Black IPA – with smoked blue cheese chocolate cheesecake

All beers have yet to be named. Beers and courses subject to change based on availability and awesomeness. Tickets are $100 including gratuity. No substitutions please. There is very limited seating for this dinner, please contact Matt Patton to book your spot.
