Beer Dinner -- A Spirited Celebration

Our monthly Beer Dinners at the Rehoboth Beach brewpub continue! Dinners are $57 including gratuity.

For the January dinner in our 2011-2012 season we're celebrating our lineup of house-distilled spirits with 'A Spirited Celebration.'

Here's a peek at the menu and pairings. There's always room for a brewpub exclusive beer, too!

• Sugar-cane shrimp and tostones "foster" with Brown Honey Rum -- D.N.A./Tropic Thunder
• Jin-cured gravlax, cucumbers, beet salad -- Secret Beer/Cucumber Gimlet
• Gnocchi with Blue Hen Vodka sauce -- Red & White / The Italian Job (herb and limoncello mojito)
• White Light Rum and Coke ribs -- IBA through Randall with Darkside Rum Oak Chips
• Grape Kool-Aid beignets with Peanut Butter Vodka glaze Count Choc Choc (Count Chocula and Chocolate Vodka)
