

Our local Egyptologist friend Rami, Dr Pat (that's Dr. Pat McGovern), and Iare in Egypt choosing the most delish spices and dried fruits for an ancient Egyptian ale.
We'll bring home the right goodies and do a test batch at our Rehoboth Beach brewpub that should go on tap early November.
Dr Pat is a great source of info on which options from the Cairo Market would be historically and geographically acurate.

Bringing back the Egyptian 4000 years old beer is very interesting and challenging.
