

Philly beer week has been just awesome. A pint of cask conditioned 75 Minute IPA was the right way to start at Resurrection Ale House yesterday afternoon. Then a zillion pairings at Nodding Head with Chef Sean Paxton. My favorites were the Reuben Crustini with Nod Head Rascal (hoppy, 4% abv brown ale .... go Gordo!) and the world premiere of Positive Contact with Chef Sean's apple trifle. Soooo good. Chef's trifle recipe is part of the Positive Contact box set, so DIY my brothers and sisters!
