Today Bryan, Jason, Todd (as in The Alstrom Brothers of Beer Advocate fame) and I are Brewing the Extreme Beer Fest in Rehoboth. Floris whipped up a batch of house-acidified Carapils that went into the mash. And now we are testing ratios of sencha tea leaves, assam tea leaves, and dried lemon peel.

We're going to whip out a bunch of the Bros fav dogfish beer for our 5 - 7pm Beer Advocate happy hour and debut the test batch of our newest beer Noble Rot (more on that beer from my previous post).
