dogfishbeer: @DBIrwinIII that is a challenge! (we live it often!)

Last night was a blast in the big city. Had a meeting at Eataly NYC. Brewery is installed. Waiting on boiler inspection.
Then I went to an event Dogfish sponsored for our friends at Billy Reid who just launched a collaboration on old school kicks with K-Swiss. Craft breweries are not alone in our love for swapping brand spit. I met my buddy Dave Broderick who owns the Blind Tiger Ale House (one of the first NYC beer bars to give a shit about dogfish) and drank many Indian Brown Ales. as did the gents in the Drive-By Truckers who played an amazing semi acoustic set at the event.

Awesome evening.
I am also planning to start blogging on some topic but I am confused what to write about. Actually I am a teacher of Accounting, but I don't know how to create a cool blog like this which may be beneficial for my students. dc limo service

running storeMy wife and I watch the show religiously every Thursday night. She doesn't like beer but she loves the show. Every weekend I hit a different store in NJ, to see if they carry DFH. Your beer is amazing. You are living the American dream. Thanks for making a great beer. I won't drink mass produced any longer. Keep it going Sam. We will be in Delaware for a tour with 10-12 friends in late spring. Merry Christmas.versace sunglasses

I was just at Blind Tiger a few months ago, it was great! Even left the bartenders a few free brews from Virginia. Good to see all the good will between everyone. I hope to visit Eataly in May if its open.
Big night at the big city. What a great experience. I love going around at night. Listen to the acoustic band, drinking beer, enjoy. electric smoker
Hi Sam! When is the brewpub scheduled to open? It'd be nice to make it up there before our annual pilgrimage to the brewpub in Rehoboth.

Glad to see things are on course at the Eataly. Though NYC has it's own profile of craft brewers, Sam and his colleagues will be notching things up a bit. I've always enjoyed Sam's crazy visions of things to come, he never disappoints. As I make my rounds on the Whisky Blogs, one of the biggest subjects these days is the advent of the craft distillers. In the world of “young Whisky”, they are doing some wonderful things, alchemy at its best. If you look back, you’ll see that Sam has been leading the pack taking those seemingly bold steps..but with beer.
I am very excited, Eataly is only a couple subway stops from work. I'm be there to say hello on opening night.
Good work there Sam
