Beer Brunch On A Sunday

share the love

The spicy beef tenderloin and local microgreen salad paired perfectly with our 90 Minute IPA at todays six-course beer brunch at Zamba in Asheville, NC.  Not only is the Asheville beer community impressive, but it's amazing what a perfect hub it has become for regional beer enthusiasts. At today's Dogfish brunch we had folks drive-in from NC, SC, VA, PA, FL, TN, and Alabama to attend!  Never have had such a geographically diverse crowd converge on a Dogfish event. Really warms my heart and I can't wait to share this love with my coworkers.

Help, I am trying to find some 90 minute ipa in Knoxville, TN. Dogfish has left TN. Help, is it sold in Asheville? Fish finder says not.. I am hoping it is not correct. I am headed to NC tomorrow.  This is a Christmas gift for my spousal unit.

Our local fire department had an all you can eat all you can drink fund raiser recently on a sunday couldnt think of any better way to spend the day then eating great food and drinking some dogfish. I'm part of a beer of the month club and first tried it from here so glad i did it's packed top to bottom in the garage fridge.

Thanks for the amazing event! Your warm commentary, especially the "community of monkeys", was inspiring and really spoke to the adventurous beer fanatic in us. Most of our 9 hour drive home was spent contemplating our next batch of homebrew with stuff that we grow in our own backyard garden. One of these days we'll make it up to DE to see where the magic happens.

Don't forget Georgia was there too!  It really was a great brunch, it was great to meet everyone and be able to have the wonderful discussions we had.  Thanks for coming down Sam, now you just have to find some time to come to Athens!  Cheers!

Hate I missed that, but at least I was able to be at the Thirsty Monk the night before.  It was a real pleasure being able to meet you and talk about starting up an brewing operation.  Thank you and Cheers!
