Hello y'all!
I know there has been lots of interest in our120 Minute IPA... and lots of wondering where the heck it has been.
Our apologies for not getting the batches out on time - we are only 110 people and sometimes we get out-voted on a release date by millions of yeast cells - so this year's batches took some extra time.
This from our brewmaster Floris, "We are currently utilizing 2 different yeast strains that we believe will add complexity to this beer. We experienced some challenges with one of the strains (yeast growth and vitality) which set us back a bit from a production perspective which led to us not being able to release the last two batches on time."
The good news is that the current batch of 120 Minute IPA is through fermentation and is currently resting quite comfortably on a bed of hops.
It will be available for release in early August.
Thanks for your patience and persistence!
cheers, sam
I am glad I bought a case at the last release. But it is gone! gone, gone, gone.
Please make more
Oh, and my wife says hurry too, we both love it!
Great news! I have been furiously searching the stores here in Ft. Worth, TX and got lucky enough to run into a store that had 3 bottles they did not now about until they looked in inventory! Unfortunatley, those bottles are now empty. Make sure you send some my way very soon. Can not wait!

I live in Northwest Washington State (Bellingham) and just had the 90 minute ale for the first time, and im not going to lie i almost poped a 1/4 chubb it was sooooooo good, is there any way that i can get the 120 minute online or is it one of those delleware only deals.
With love,
Frank
You might only be able to get it in the Northeast. I live in Jersey, and have little trouble finding it here at specialty beer markets (even though the 120 min has still been hard to find, recently.) But it's definitely not a Delaware only thing.
Currently enjoying the My Antonia. Delicious.
Hi Everyone, just sharing Good fermentation was on the cold side, roughly 66-70 degrees. Lots of heat from the yeast, by belajar bisnis
