Menu, tickets now available for Vintage Beer Dinner

The menu for the second dinner in our off-season series is out now, and it's shaping up to be another tasty night. The theme is Vintage Beers, so with each delicious dish, you'll be sampling something from the stash of Dogfish Head founder and president Sam Calagione. Check it out!

First course
Lamb Tartare, greek yogurt, harissa, crispy capers, potato chips
Paired with 2010 Burton Baton

Second Course
Seared Sea Scallops, venison chorizo, crispy potato, cilantro
Paired with 2009 Palo Santo

Third Course
Maple braised pork belly, cave aged white cheddar Anson Mill Grits, Red Cabbage Salad
Paired with Life & Limb

Fourth Course
Butter poached lobster, foie gras ravioli, porcini mushroom, vanilla
Paired with 2011 Noble Rot

Dessert Course
Belgian Chocolate and sweet cherry tart, toasted pistachio
Paired with 2010 World Wide Stout
