First things first ... the beer. We’ve got some elusive exclusives that just hit the taps. Stop down to give them a try and let us know what you think!
Raw Creation, 9.1% ABV
A collaborative effort between Dogfish Head and D.C.-based Goûter, producer of raw, organic tonics and cleanses. For this beer we decided to go with a Midas Touch recipe base sans saffron (same grain bill, honey and white Muscat grape juice) combined with Goûter’s Hydrate Tonic, made from lemon, cayenne pepper, coconut nectar, cucumber and lemongrass.
Dogfish Red, 8.9% ABV
An Imperial Amber Ale brewed with citrusy delicious Simcoe and Centennial hops. Malty up front, with notes of toasted bread and honey with hints of candy caramel, this robust amber ale finishes aromatic and floral with notes of pine and grapefruit from the hops.
Constellation Funk, 7.3% ABV
An all-brett-fermented American IPA brewed with pale malts and a touch of crystal. Throw in a bunch of delectable Pacific Northwest hops, and then dry-hop it in the fermenter with heaping amounts of Apollo. Constellation Funk is characterized by its grassy tropical fruit aroma and smooth flavor.

Feb. 12: Point to Point Pre-Race Party
Dogfish Head is sponsoring a hospitality tent at this year’s Point-to-Point Steeplechase. But before the big race, we’re holding a pre-race party in support of the Winterthur Museum. We’ll have specialty menu items, raffles, and live music.
Feb. 23: AHopEclipseNow! Beer Dinner!
It’s a celebration of all things hoppy. You’ll find perfectly paired menu items to match some of our off-centered IPAs.

There’s a new Hoppy Hour in town. 180 minutes of a continuous Hoppy Hour is 3-6 p.m. Monday-Friday. What’s so hoppy about it? You’ll receive half off all IPAs and select appetizers!
Love is in the air too. ... Randall the Enamel Animal is putting on his best this Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14. You’ll find Faithfull Ale running through rose petals and cocoa nibs – yum!
