I thought Friday's were great but this Thursday, tonight may be even better than Friday. If you love pizza, come on down to the pub for Pizza night. To make things even better at 4:30PM we are tapping a cask of 75 Minute IPA. If you missed Johnny Cask last week, there is an encore performance tonight. This may be the only cask of 75 Minute IPA left from it's debut last week. No telling how long it will last so get to Pub and enjoy. I di not post this yesterday because I wanted you all to know this was no April Fools joke. If that wasn't enough excitement for one day, we are having Wayne, one of our brewers from Milton coming down to brew a special beer. We don't have all the details yet but I can tell you this, the words Belgian, Oak and Barrel were used. More on that brewpub exclusive in a few days. This will be the first beer to be fermented in our new 7bbl. fermeters.
We are also anticipating the brewing of another brewpub exclusive next week. Sam will lacing up his boots, spending the day brewing at the pub. Rumor has it the ingredients have cleared customs and will be ready to brew with next week. Stay tuned for more details....
