Our fermenters are full. Nothing makes me happier than seeing all of our fomenters bubbling away. Alison has begun the rum marathon. We plan on filling all of our aging tanks to keep that Brown Honey and Wit Spiced Rum available all winter long. Nothing takes the chill out of the bones like a snifter of Brown Honey Rum. While we are enjoying the Black Thai Affair, a delicious stout with "hints" of Thai basil and blackberry. The foam on this one is purple. You have to see it to believe it. Get it while it lasts. On the way is a Heffeweizen brewed by Jesse Prall one of our brewers from Milton. This is his baby beer, in honor of his newborn son Ian. Congratulations!! The next double top secret project from Bryan and Sam is bubbling away in the brew house as well. Keep an eye out for details on this extreme creation.
