Craft Beer week is under way. We kicked it off with our brewers brunch, wow the World Wide Stout through the Espresso Bean filled Randall was delicious, and we are continuing the celebration of craft beer and great food with a tutored Beer and Food pairing menu tonight and Tuesday. Space is limited so call for reservations for these events which start at 6PM. Menus are on line at www.dogfish.com but here is a brief list to tempt your taste buds.Start with a Shelter Pale Ale paired with a gourmet charcuterie, cheese and fresh local fresh fruit. Midas Touch is being paired with local asparagus wrapped in Prosciutto served with a Roasted shallot and 60 Minute IPA vinaigrette. world wide thru coffee, oh why don't I ever know of these things till AFTER they are done? If we could get a stout with coffee and chocolate I would be in heaven!!! *hint* *hint*
