For some, its been a refresher course, for others, its chartering new waters completely. Yoga. Dogfish co-workers are doing it and loving it.
Every Monday, under the instruction of Lindsey, our Merch Goddess, we bend and stretch and pose and sweat and try to connect with the earth in ways we never have. Lindsey, who has been practicing yoga for about two years is currently working on yoga instruction certification and graciously agreed to work with us every Monday! She is great at the craft!
So every Monday at lunchtime, on the average anywhere between four and nine of us unroll our yoga mats and try not to fall over! Each week the numbers increase. Its been very enlightening, refreshing and relaxing!
