We're making more Sah'tea today which is pretty exciting. The batch from last week fermented great and has provided us with some stellar yeast for today.
The rocks are getting hot, the mash is in and we're moving right along. Brewer Jon even wore his special fire-proof apron for the fire:
In other things going great news, me and Katrinka fired up the Sabco on Friday of last week to make a pilot of our version of Saison du Buff which is a collaborative brew between DFH, Victory and Stone. Fermentation is just about done and we'll move into conditioning and then packaging and then into tasting. The big brew goes down on June 6th and we couldn't be tickled pinker.
