dogfish head

Last December, after a two-year hiatus, we started dipping our Dogfish toes back in Indiana. Now we’re doing a full-on cannonball and getting our off-centered ales to the rest of the state.

Back in 2004, we released our spring seasonal Aprihop, the fruit beer for hopheads. Since then, we've brewed a bunch of other fruit beers for people who think they don't like fruit beers.

With a twin 500-gallon copper pot still and a 26-foot column still from Louisville’s Vendome Copper & Brass Works, spirits like Brown Honey Rum (made with Delaware honey), Dogfish Head Jin (the O.G. hop-infused spirit) and some off-centered new recipes will finally make it beyond Delaware’s borders.

Our four beer-infused brats – Spicy Espresso, Greek Feta, Heirloom Italian and the classic Bratwurst – are now available at more than 50 retailers nationwide, including Whole Foods, Kings Food Markets, Balducci's, Food Bazaar, Harris Teeter, Murphys Markets and Weis.

Today I met a hardcore Dogfish evangelist named Skylar Wallace in Kansas City. Yes, the Kansas City in Missouri - where we don't yet sell Dogfish Head.
