

Wet Hop American Summer is our 2009 fresh hop beer.
We used 40 pounds of fresh CTZ hops flown in from Moxee, Washington. The hops were used in one addition at the end of the boil. Should be about 35 IBU.
Grains for the beer included Pilsener malt, flaked maize, Munich malt, and CaraPils.
And we sjhould mention... it's a lager!
Wet Hop American Summer should go on tap in mid-late October and will be available at the Rehoboth Beach brewpub til it's gone.
Due to the limited availability of Wet Hop American Summer, growlers will not be available.
