Son's Love Hefe

A German-style Hefeweizen brewed with German wheat malt and pilsner malt.

This brew is the brainchild of Dogfish brewer Jesse Prall, brewed in commemoration of the recent birth of his son.

For the beer, Jesse used a Bavarian wheat yeast. The beer is a golden orange, with hints of clove and banana, an unfiltered ale. Son's Love Hefe is hopped with Amarillo and Vanguard hops.

Son's Love Hefe had an original gravity of 15 and a ABV of 5%.

Due to limited availability of our Brewpub Exclusive beers, Son's Love Hefe is not available to go in growlers.
