Sez Two is the second in a series of farmhouse ales brewed with traditional Saison yeast. Straddling the line between Saison and Grisette (a lighter version of Saison), Sez Two was brewed with 60% Wheat which adds a soft and refreshing malt quality to this dry refreshing brew. A combination of Czech Saaz, German Saphir, and New Zealand Wakatu hops were employed to add floral and spicy herbal notes with a slight lingering bitterness. Extremely crisp and quaffable, this one is another easily crushable ale perfect for enjoying out on our deck after a long day at the beach.
Sez Two will be tapped on Friday, July 11, 2014 and will be around until folks drink it all!
