AWeizenbock brewed as a collaboration between our brewpub brewer Mike Gerhart and our Milton microbrewery brewer Jesse Prall.This beeris named after Jesses dog.
The guys brewed Beanie Bock with German dark wheat malt, pilsner malt, Munich malt and crystal malt.It is a very malty, full bodied bock beer with a spicy note flavor due to the wheat malt used.The bock clocks inat 9% abv, and15 ibu.
