Hand Drawn IPA is a cask-only beer brewed to 6.5% ABV from English Maris Otter malt, Aromatic malt and malted white wheat. The beer's round, bready malt flavor carries ample hopping with a blend of Simcoe and HBC-431 hops to bring forth billowing aromas of pine, citrus, berry and melon. Its flavors are unimpeded and readily enjoyed through gentle carbonation, a cool serving temperature and a velvety smooth texture.
