Help our brewpub pick new menu items

Monday, April 01, 2013

This month at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach, Del., we're running a pretty special specials menu.

All items – soups, snacks, apps and entrees – are candidates for our new menu, so if you order them, please pass along your thoughts to our servers.

We have a potato leek soup, brown ale-braised pork belly corn dog, lamb sliders, pork confit sandwich and a wood-grilled Angus beef ribeye. So give these dishes a shot and let us know: Do they belong on our new menu?

On April 5, we'll be tapping a new batch of Czechsum Function, a Czech Pilsner brewed with all pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops and fermented with a Czech Pilsner yeast strain. Later in the month, look for an Ancient Ale test batch, the next installment in our Province Ale Company project, and Sun Never Sets, the Indian-spiced Pale Ale we brewed with Montreal's Dieu du Ciel! and London's Beavertown Brewery.

On April 9, we'll be putting on the last of the A Hop Eclipse Now beer dinners. There are about 20 seats left. On April 21, stop by for a raw-food adventure. We'll have a 5-course raw meal and a lineup of perfect beer pairings. Please email brewpubevents@dogfish.com to reserve your seats.

And don't forget about live original music every Friday and Saturday.

See you at the pub!
