Five fingers on one hand. Five pub exclusives.

Hey friends. Last week was totally awesome with the brewing of the Eataly beers with Brooks. We made some really neat beers with some really exciting ingredients. The fermentations went as expected and our attenuation goals were met. We'll be tasting the finished beers soon enough. If the initial fermenter tastings are any indication, we are in for a real treat. I'll keep you posted as to when you can give us some feedback on them so we can make them as great as they can be.

So today... like in ten minutes... we will have another pub exclusive on tap. That makes five! I don't think we've done that since 1997. The beer brewed by the engineering/maintenance department and me is finally ready. The Quartier Rouge is a reddish hued Belgian-style Tripel flavored with grains of paradise and guarana seeds. The beer is just under 9.5% ABV served unfiltered and 100% keg conditioned. Jason and I along with a few bar patrons had a sneak peak and we were all excited for today. Nice work Greg and Jon for putting together this great recipe!

There's more brewing excitement right around the corner so stay tuned.
